I take full responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Step one: I have a conversation with the customer about their exact requirements. (skiff or pram, colour scheme, specification, time frame)
Step two: The customer will recieve photos of their custom built craft, or of their chosen boat from my existing stock.
Step three: I deliver at a mutually convenient time, so I can meet the customer in person.
Step four: We launch the new Boat together, I ensure the customer is completely satisfied, and then take payment. |
